Lately Jacob has become very interested in going potty. I had decided I wasn't even going to bother attempting to work on potty training with him until I was home for the summer and could work on it consistently with him. He loves to sit on the potty and gets very excited when he actual goes while he is sitting there!
He also has decided that he doesn't want to wear his diapers anymore and takes them off every chance he gets. Instead, he has become quite obsessed with his sister's underwear and much to Jason's dismay, we have caught him several times trying to put them on. I couldn't help but crack up tonight when he came waddling out of her room a few minutes ago in pink princess panties! Jason wasn't here to see it and sadly, the batteries in my camera are dead, so I missed out on the opportunity to capture it (I'm sure Jacob will be grateful for that when he gets older!)
I guess perhaps it's time to break out the cool character Pull Ups, but I hate to let the 19 bags of diapers I still have stashed away go to waste!

Hilarious :-)! And hooray for you that he's ready to be potty training soon...no more diapers is definitely a reason to celebrate!
That is too funny,but great that he is so interested in the potty already. Boston wanted to try it the other day, but once he was on he totally freaked out. I think we have scarred him for life. I guess you'll just have to save the diapers for the next one.....
Sounds like grandma needs to bring him some Cars or Thomas underwear when she comes! lol
